Para el cómputo de los ingresos a que se refiere el artículo anterior, sólo se tendrá en cuenta la remuneración fija u ordinaria de conformidad con el artículo 127 del Código Sustantivo del Trabajo y los porcentajes sobre ventas y comisiones y las participaciones de utilidades que se paguen mensualmente.
