º Los veinte 20 días calendario que se señalan en el artículo 143 del Decreto 222 de 1983 empezarán a contarse a partir del día del recibo oficial de la solicitud, acompañada de la totalidad de la información mencionada en el artículo anterior por parte de la oficina de correspondencia del Instituto Geográfico "Agustín Codazzi" en la sede de Bogotá.. Así mismo se entenderá rendido el concepto del avalúo cuando su resultado sea despachado por la citada oficina de correspondencia.
