Autorización. El Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo podrá autorizar a un tercero como gestor de la marca de certificación, quien podrá recibir, analizar, autorizar, denegar, gestionar, hacer seguimiento y control a la autorización y uso de la marca de certificación, difusión y demás actividades que aseguren su adecuada implementación. Los terceros quedan autorizados únicamente, en los términos del presente decreto y el reglamento de uso de la marca, para lo descrito en el presente artículo y no para el uso de la marca de certificación.
