Destinación Parcial O Total De Las Cesantías Con Destino Al Mecanismo De Protección Al Cesante

Destinación parcial o total de las cesantías con destino al Mecanismo de Protección al Cesante. Los trabajadores dependientes podrán destinar parcial o totalmente las cesantías causadas o por causarse, en forma libre y voluntaria, en el marco del Mecanismo de Protección al Cesante.

Los trabajadores independientes podrán en forma libre y voluntaria afiliarse a las Administradoras de Fondos de Cesantías y destinar parcial o totalmente los recursos ahorrados, en el marco del Mecanismo de Protección al Cesante. El mismo esquema se aplicará a los trabajadores remunerados bajo la modalidad de salario integral.
