Devuélvese al Seminario Conciliar de Bogotá la parte de la hacienda o estancia de Techo, ubicada en jurisdicción de los Municipios de Bosa y Fontibón, por los linderos que aparecen en la compra que hizo el 14 de mayo de 1736, el Padre Juan de Rojas al Colegio del Rosario, devolución que se hace únicamente en la parte que en la actualidad tenga el Estado en posesión.
