Los empleos temporales de las plantas de personal requeridos para el cumplimiento de las funciones de los órganos definidos en el artículo 3° de la Ley 1530 de 2012, son de libre nombramiento y remoción, independientemente del nivel y dependencia a los cuales pertenezcan y tendrán todos los derechos que la ley le otorga.
