Facultase al Gobierno para ceder a título gratuito, a favor de la Municipalidad de Ríonegro (A.) una vez adquirida, la casa de que trata el artículo precedente, con las condicione de mantenerla, junto con el Museo, bajo su dirección, dando organización y vida al pensamiento del museo susodicho.
