El segundo aparte del artículo 133 quedará así: Este diploma será firmado por los miembros del Consejo, lo autorizará el Vicerrector Secretario y lo sellará con el sello de la Escuela, después de registrado en el libro respectivo. Será además refrendado por el Ministerio de Instrucción Pública. Comuníquese y publíquese.
