Artículo primero. El personal docente jubilado y el que hubiere consolidado el derecho a pensión por servicios en el magisterio, con anterioridad a la vigencia del Decreto número 3157 de 1968, no está obligado a demostrar el retiro del servicio oficial para cobrar la pensión de jubilación, ni a comprobar que no recibe pensión de jubilación para cobrar sueldo por ejercicio de cargos docentes.
