Director del Fondo en coordinación con la Oficina de Planeamiento del Sector Agropecuario, preparará el Plan de Fomento Agropecuario para la vigencia siguiente. El mencionado plan deberá ser aprobado por el Ministro de Agricultura, en el cual se señalarán las materias primas agropecuarias cuya producción se desea incrementar con la intensidad del incremento.
