Los contratos que celebre el Instituto deberán contener las cláusulas que sobre garantía, caducidad administrativa y reclamaciones diplomáticas, la ley exíge para los del Gobierno. La declaratoria de caducidad, llegado el caso, se hará por el Director con aprobación de la Junta Directiva.
