La comisión de los actos a que se refiere el artículo anterior y la violación de las normas del presente Decreto y otras normas pertinentes dará lugar a imponer las siguientes sanciones: multas sucesivas hasta de QUINIENTOS PESOS ($500.oo) y suspensión provisional o definitiva del aprovechamiento de las aguas de riego. Las multas y suspensiones serán impuestas y ordenadas por los respectivos Jefes de Distrito.
