º. A partir del 20 de julio de 1973, el atributo estatal de la emisión de billetes será indelegable y lo ejercerá el Estado por medio del Banco de la República, de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el artículo 1º de la Ley 7º de 1973 y en las normas del presente Decreto.
