º El Comité estará constituído por cinco miembros, representantes del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores, Ministerio de la Economía Nacional, Ministerio de Educación Nacional y Universidad Nacional. Cada Ministerio nombrará un representante y la Universidad Nacional designará dos, los cuales serán escogidos entre los Profesores de las Facultades. Presidirá el Comité el representante del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores.
