Art 3°. La cantidad de que trata el artículo 1° se remesará a la Administracion de Hacienda nacional de Cali, para que esta remese a las respectivas subalternas las cantidades que correspondan a los municipios espresados en el artículo 2.°, para que ellas, hagan los gastos de los ausilios decretados en virtud de órdenes, autorizadas, por, la respectiva Municipalidad, a quien toca la aplicacion de este ausilio.

Parágrafo

Los ocho mil pesos ($ 8,000) que corresponden a la Municipalidad de Popayan se remesarán a la Administracion principal nacional de esa ciudad, para que esta cumpla lo prevenido en este artículo.
