El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación, modifica el artículo 2.2.1.1.1.7, deroga el inciso segundo del artículo 2.1.6.3, adiciona el Título 7 a la Parte 2 del Libro 3 del Decreto número 780 de 2016, Único Reglamentario del Sector Salud y Protección Social y modifica los artículos 2.2.4.2.2.13 y 2.2.4.2.2.15 del Decreto número 1072 de 2015, Único Reglamentario del Sector Trabajo.

Decreto 1273 de 2018 · Por el cual se modifica el artículo 2.2.1.1.1.7, se adiciona el Título 7 a la Parte 2 del Libro 3 del Decreto número 780 de 2016, Único Reglamentario del Sector Salud y Protección Social, en relación al pago y retención de aportes al Sistema de Seguridad Integral y Parafiscales de los trabajadores independientes y modifica los artículos 2.2.4.2.2.13 y 2.2.4.2.2.15 del Decreto número 1072 de 2015, Único Reglamentario del Sector Trabajo.
