Aquellos que cumplan los veinte años de servicios, entre los cuarenta y cinco años y cincuenta y cinco años, deben ser pasados, si esa es su voluntad, a otros puestos como Jefes de Estación, Inspectores de Vías, etc., con el mismo sueldo que devenguen en el momento de cumplir su tiempo de servicio, y según sus categorías.
