DEL REGLAMENTO INTERNO DE LAS EMPRESAS. Toda empresa que preste servicios públicos domiciliarios debe expedir un reglamento que contenga las normas bajo las cuales preste dichos servicios, en un todo de conformidad con las normas del presente Decreto.
