La sociedad anónima tendrá por lo menos un representante legal, con uno o más suplentes, designados por la junta directiva para períodos determinados, quienes podrán ser reelegidos indefinidamente o removidos en cualquier tiempo. Los estatutos podrán deferir esta designación a la asamblea.
