Art. 2.° Pasado el término fijado en el artículo anterior, quedan las autoridades administrativas autorizadas para recobrar por los medios de que puedan hacer uso en la actual situación del país, todos los documentos, obras, impresos, mapas, diseños, croquis y demás objetos que parecen en poder de particulares y que por su naturaleza se vea que pertenecen á los enunciados archivos, al Museo ó al Observatorio nacional.
