° Modifícanse los Decretos 2663 de 1988 y 2202 y 2995 de 1989, en el sentido de ampliar hasta el 31 de octubre de 1990, el término durante el cual la representación del Fondo de Reconstrucción, Resurgir, continuará siendo ejercida por la entidad que posee la representación legal del Fondo Nacional de Calamidades.
