Articulo 7º Las investigaciones de las quejas y reclamos que se presenten, serán adelantadas por funcionarios de los Ministerios de Gobierno, Justicia y Comunicaciones, y por funcionarios de la Registraduría Nacional del Estado Civil, previa comisión especial autorizada por el organismo respectivo. El resultado de las investigaciones correspondientes deberá enviarse al Comité o Comisión de origen.
