Artículo cuarto. La documentación de que trata el artículo precedente se presentará ante la Sección Jurídica del Ministerio de Salud Pública, deberá hacerse un papel sellado por conducto del mandatario legalmente constituido acompañada además de los certificados de la respectiva Cámara de Comercio, sobre constitución, vigencia, representación y domicilio de la sociedad importadora, si se tratare de persona jurídica o de la inscripción del respectivo importador en el registro público de comercio, cuando se trate de personas naturales.
