Reuniones . La Junta Directiva se reunirá en la ciudad de Bogotá, en forma ordinaria, por lo menos una vez al mes, pero podrá hacerlo extraordinariamente, cuando sea convocada por su Presidente o por el Director General del Instituto. También podrá celebrar reuniones en otros lugares del país

Parágrafo

A las reuniones de la Junta concurrirá el Director General, con voz pero sin voto y los demás, funcionarios que la Junta considere conveniente invitar ,
