Desde el día 1° de Septiembre del presente año, y mientras el consejo Nacional Legislativo expide la Ley de presupuesto de rentas y gastos nacionales, continuará en vigor para el Ministerio del Tesoro el Presupuesto de Gastos votado para la Secretaría del tesoro en los decretos números 608 de 1885 (15 de septiembre), 189, 306 y 346 de 1886 (24 de marzo, 10 de mayo y 4 de junio), en la siguiente forma:

Decreto 594 de 1886 · Por el cual se aplican los créditos apropiados en el Presupuesto de Gastos de los Departamentos adscritos al Ministerio del Tesoro en cumplimiento de la Ley 3ª del presente año (20 de agosto). Para el servicio que empezará el 1° de septiembre del año en curso.
