Articulo 42 . De las incompatibilidades de los funcionarios de la Contraloría. Los funcionarios de la Contraloría General de la República que hayan ejercido el control fiscal del Fondo de Promoción de Exportaciones y sus parientes dentro del cuarto grado de consanguinidad o segundo de afinidad, no podrán ser nombrados ni prestar sus servicios en él, sino después de un año de producido su retiro.
