Art. 414. Siempre que en algún sumario aparezca sindicado de delito contra un individuo de tropa del Ejército, el funcionario de instrucción en vez de reducirlo a prisión en calidad de detenido dará aviso al Jefe Superior más cercano de la fuerza a que pertenezca el sindicado, para que lo ponga preso militarmente en el respectivo cuartel.
