Evaluación y seguimiento. El PNR deberá organizar, de acuerdo con las normas que se adopten para cumplir el mandato del artículo 343 de la Constitución Política, los sistemas y procedimientos para efectuar el seguimiento y la evaluación posterior de los programas y proyectos financiados. Los Ministerios del respectivo sector deberán contribuir a estos sistemas y procedimientos de evaluación.
