La Nación cooperará a la construcción de las edificaciones para el terminal del Aeropuerto en la Isla de San Andrés, para lo cual se destina la suma de dos millones de pesos. El Gobierno queda autorizado para efectuar créditos, contra-créditos y traslados dentro del Presupuesto para tal fin.
