ART 129. Los censos vacantes que tuvieren algún gravamen á favor de un objeto pío, de educación ó de beneficencia, se adjudicarán íntegramente á la fundación ó establecimiento pío, de educación ó de beneficencia á que pertenezca el gravamen: la fundación ó establecimiento gozará del censo con las cargas á que estuviere afecto.

Toca al respectivo Juez de Circuito hacer la adjudicación, que deberá registrarse en la competente oficina.
