°. Objeto . El Instituto de Planificación y Promoción de Soluciones Energéticas para las Zonas no Interconectadas, IPSE, tendrá por objeto identificar, promover, fomentar, desarrollar e implementar soluciones energéticas mediante esquemas empresariales eficientes, viables financieramente y sostenibles en el largo plazo, procurando la satisfacción de las necesidades energéticas de las Zonas no Interconectadas, ZNI, apoyando técnicamente a las entidades definidas por el Ministerio de Minas y Energía.
