Declárase restablecido el orden público y levantase el estado de sitio determinado por los decretos 1136 y 1249 de 1975.

A partir de la fecha dejarán de regir los Decretos 1142, 1250, 1412, 1413, 2302. 2407 de 1975, 370, 429, 528, 541, 543, 591. 617, 627, 653, 756 y 814 de 1976.
