Verificada la adquisición o cumplida la expropiación, el Instituto de Crédito Territorial procederá de acuerdo con el Municipio de Girardot a estudiar la urbanización de las zonas adquiridas para resolver adecuadamente el problema de vivienda de los propietarios y menoristas en dichas zonas.
