Los estatutos, siempre y cuando no contravengan las disposiciones expedidas en desarrollo de la Ley 29 de 1990, la estructura interna y la planta de personal del Fondo Colombiano de Investigaciones Científicas y Proyectos Especiales "Francisco José de Caldas", Colciencias, continuarán vigentes, y se irán sustituyendo a medida que se adopten las nuevas normas que regulen estas materias.
