Ninguno de los títulos o instrumentos sujetos a inscripción o registro tendrá mérito probatorio, si no ha sido inscrito o registrado en la respectiva Oficina, conforme a lo dispuesto en la presente ley, salvo en cuanto a los hechos para cuya demostración no se requiera legalmente la formalidad del registro.
