Para los efectos de este Decreto, los funcionarios del Ministerio de Agricultura y del Ministerio de Salud Publica gozaran en el desempeño de sus funciones del amparo y protección de las autoridades civiles y militares, y tendrán el carácter de Inspectores de Policía, de acuerdo con lo previsto en el Decreto legislativo 1795 de 1950, artículo 3ª.
