Art. 9° Se autoriza al Estado ó Estados concesionarios para ceder el privilegio á quien se encargue de la ejecución de la obra, con los mismos derechos y obligaciones que se han expresado, con las modificaciones que quieran establecer respecto de los derechos que conservan en ella después del tiempo fijado para el goce del privilegio.
