En la convocatoria del concurso el Consejo Superior de la Administración de Justicia fijará el puntaje para calificar las pruebas y las calidades de conformidad con el artículo anterior, según la categoría de la notaría para la cual se haya hecho la solicitud de ingreso a la carrera, sin exceder en ningún caso de 100 puntos.
