Repealed

Las fianzas llenarán las siguientes condiciones:

1. El fiador se hará responsable del pago de la cuantía de la fianza en cualquier caso de incumplimiento de las obligaciones de la misma, cuando se trate de fianzas para garantizar la ejecución de actos; y cuando se trate de fianzas para garantizar el pago de derechos de aduana, el fiador se hará responsable de todo o de parte del importe de la fianza que fuere necesaria para garantizar al Fisco por incumplimiento del principal responsable.

2. La responsabilidad del fiador durará mientras la fianza no sea cancelada de conformidad con la ley.

3. El fiador deberá estar domiciliado dentro del territorio de la República. Vigente desde: 19/06/1931 y hasta el: 25/10/1984
