Para atender a la capacidad económica del estudiante y de sus padres o patrocinadores, de que trata el artículo 156 del Decreto extraordinario 80 de 1980, las instituciones podrán adoptar
a)
Un sistema de tabla diferencial de matrícula, según la capacidad económica del estudiante y de sus padres o patrocinadores, o
b)
Un sistema de matrícula fija, según las facilidades existentes de crédito educativo, que atienda las necesidades de los estudiantes, de acuerdo con las tasas de interés que aplique el Icetex.
