Articulo 1° Asígnase a los señores Fiscal del Tribunal del Distrito Judicial de Santa Marta y comisionado del Gobierno para la reivindicación de los terrenos baldíos en el Departamento del Magdalena, la suma de quince pesos ($ 15) mensuales a cada uno, para los gastos de viaje y demás diligencias que tengan que practicar en el ejercicio de sus funciones.
