Régimen contractual. Todos los contratos que celebre el Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar se sujetarán a las ritualidades, requisitos, formalidades, términos y condiciones que establecen las disposiciones del régimen estatal de contratos, aplicables a los establecimientos públicos del orden nacional, de conformidad con lo señalado en el régimen de contratación administrativa.
