Mientras se cumple la primera mitad de la pena, los condenados no pueden ser visitados sino por su cónyuge o por sus parientes dentro del cuarto grado civil de consanguinidad o segundo de afinidad. Excepcionalmente el Director del establecimiento o la Dirección General de Prisiones, pueden conceder permiso a otras personas. Para el resto de la condena se observarán sobre el particular las reglas establecidas para los detenidos.
