- IMPUESTO DE AVISOS Y TABLEROS AL SECTOR FINANCIERO. Adiciónanse los artículos 37 de la Ley 14 de 1983 y 200 del Decr. 1333 de 1986, en el sentido de que al sector financiero al cual hacen referencia los artículos 41 y 48 de la Ley 14 de 1983, también se le liquidará y cobrará el impuesto de avisos y tableros, autorizado por la Ley 97 de 1913 y la Ley 84 de 1915 (Ley 75 de 1986, art. 78).
