Quien ejerza ilegalmente la profesión de ingeniero o arquitecto, en los términos del artículo 9º de la Ley 64 de 1978, podrá ser denunciado ante el alcalde respectivo, por cualquier persona o por le Secretario del Consejo Seccional correspondiente. A la denuncia debe acompañarse, certificación expedida por el Consejo Profesional Nacional de Ingeniería y Arquitectura de que la persona denunciada no aparece matriculada.
