Del cierre perimetral de los terminales portuarios . Todos los terminales portuarios deberán estar aislados de áreas circunvecinas, mediante un cierre perimetral de tipo, forma o materia que asegure protección suficiente contra el libre acceso de personas o de animales, con el fin de evitar interferencias en el funcionamiento y riesgos de accidentes o de otra naturaleza.
