Para efectos del trámite de la licencia ante la Superintendencia de Control de Cambios, el interesado deberá presentar la resolución proferida por el Ministerio de Minas y Energía, mediante la cual se le otorga el derecho para la exploración y explotación de los metales preciosos o la copia del contrato de concesión debidamente legalizado.
