Art. 181. En los casos de ilegitimidad en la personería, y en consonancia con el artículo anterior, se notificará personalmente el auto respectivo al interesado, ó á quien lo represente legalmente, para que pueda hacer uso de sus derechos; y si no se anulare el proceso, por el mismo hecho se legitima la personería del que indebidamente figuraba en el juicio. Para esta notificación puede procederse de conformidad con el artículo 126 de esta Ley.
