Limitación de los organismos de inspección. En materia de reglamentos técnicos, el organismo de inspección acreditado de tercera parte o tipo A no debe intervenir en el diseño, la fabricación, el suministro, la instalación, la compra, la posesión, la utilización o el mantenimiento de los elementos inspeccionados.

Artículo 2.2.1.7.10.3. Limitación de los organismos de inspección. En materia de reglamentos técnicos, el organismo de inspección acreditado no debe intervenir en el diseño, la fabricación, el suministro, la instalación, la compra, la posesión, la utilización o el mantenimiento de los elementos inspeccionados.
