º. El Gobierno procederá a encontrar con la Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero el servicio público de parcelaciones, que se prestará con sujeción a las normas del presente decreto. Los contratos que a este efecto celebre el Gobierno con dicha Caja, sólo requerirán para su validez la aprobación del Consejo de Ministros.
